CarriArt takes great care over design, production and delivery. If for some reason you need to return an item please return the item within 28 days of receipt following the guidelines below.


All returned items must be supplied unused and in their original packaging. If a product is not returned to CarriArt in fully resalable condition, the refund may either be refused or up to 20% of the original selling price deducted from the refund amount. Please use adequate packaging to protect the package during transit of its return - ideally the original packaging.

Returns Address

Simply send the product back to CarriArt at the address shown on the receipt (and on the Contact page) marking it clearly as a return. Please state why you are returning he product.

For our OVERSEAS customers: please make sure the returned parcel clearly states that it is an unwanted item which is being returned and that any duty has already been paid. Doing so will ensure that returned goods are not held in UK customs, which could otherwise result in delays in processing any refund.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact CarriArt immediately upon receipt of the item. There are two options available to you.

Firstly, you can email to us photographs of any damage to both the product and the delivery packaging using the details on the Contact page. Typically we will replace the goods on a like-for-like basis upon receiving photographic evidence and at no additional cost.

Alternatively, package the item and return it to CarriArt at the postal address shown on the Contact page with a covering letter stating the problem. Where the goods are returned to us we will arrange to credit the card you used to make the purchase, or replace the goods (like for like), whichever you would prefer.

Please note that we are unable to refund the cost of returning faulty products to CarriArt unless they are agreed with us in advance.

Missing Items

If part of a product is missing please contact CarriArt indicating the exact part. A corresponding replacement part will be supplied free of charge.


If an ordered product is found not to be needed please contact CarriArt as soon as possible. Where goods have not already been dispatched the order will be cancelled and a full refund processed. In cases where the order has already been dispatched, please return the goods to allow CarriArt to process a refund. Unfortunately it is not possible to refund the cost of delivery in such circumstances.

Returns Lost or Damaged in Transit

CarriArt cannot accept responsibility for any returned items which are lost or damaged in transit. A proof of postage certificate (free at your post office) should be obtained when returning any item and may be requested if needed.
