CarriArt products are designed to be easy to use, and we hope you find this to be the case. We appreciate however that issues may arise, either while putting together a self-assembly product or when using one of our products.

If an item is missing or not usable

Great care is taken to ensure CarriArt products are delivered safely and with all the relevant pieces. If you find an item is absent or not usable please contact CarriArt (see below) so the situation can be addressed.

If you need instructions

CarriArt products are supplied with a user guide which explains how to get the best out of your purchase. If you lose these instructions a copy can be downloaded from the Instructions section.


ArtCase carriers, holders, handles and straps are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from date of purchase given. Should a warranty item fail within a year please return it to us in-line with the instructions provided under Returns.

Please note that the warranty is limited to using the product for the purpose it was designed, and while using CarriArt recommended accessories.
